April 2016 PHP runtimes and extensions update
Change effective on 29 April 2016
The following new runtime versions for PHP applications are now available on Heroku:
- PHP 5.5.35
- PHP 5.6.21
- PHP 7.0.6
The following extensions have been updated:

Composer has been updated to version 1.0.3.
The blackfire binary for CLI profiling is now included with the Blackfire extension.
The php-cgi binary is now included with PHP runtimes.
