Space Members Endpoint Changes

Change effective on 29 April 2016

Heroku is making changes to the internal naming of the permissions system. The space access endpoints will soon be updated with the new names. The only change is that the privileges key in the response is changing to the permissions key. Right now both keys are returned.

We will remove the privileges key from these endpoints on Monday, May 30, one full month from now. This change is per the prototype API stability level.
