Kensa CLI add-on management tool deprecated

Change effective on 13 December 2018

The Kensa CLI tool was used by Heroku add-on partners to manage their add-on integrations.

Kensa is now deprecated in favor of the addons-admin Heroku CLI plugin. Please start using addons-admin moving forward.

Kensa will cease to function on March 1, 2019.
