Apache Kafka 2.0.1 and 2.1.0 are now available

Apache Kafka 2.0.1 and 2.1.0 are now available for Apache Kafka on Heroku.

You can use this with your addon creation by passing --version MAJOR_VERSION to your heroku addons:create heroku-kafka command. Please see Dev Center for more details.
