Heroku Connect User Interface Updates

Change effective on 31 March 2018

The Heroku Connect dashboard has been given a refresh, making it easier to see the information you care most about. Notably, ‘Mappings’ now have a dedicated tab, summary information for Connections and Mappings are now displayed clearly at the top of their respective pages, and there are inline links to common actions in the 'Mappings’ table. We also took the opportunity to address a few inconsistencies between the Connect interface and other areas of the UI.
