Heroku Postgres: more installable extensions

Change effective on 02 April 2018

For all Heroku Postgres addons created after April 2, 2018, the following extensions are now installable:

  • address_standardizer
  • address_standardizer_data_us
  • autoinc
  • bloom (9.6+ only)
  • insert_username
  • lo
  • moddatetime
  • refint
  • seg
  • sslinfo
  • tcn
  • timetravel
  • tsm_system_rows (9.5+ only)
  • tsm_system_time (9.5+ only)
