Percent memory stats now in Application Metrics beta

Change effective on 12 July 2016

To help users more easily understand their memory usage in relation to their memory quota we’ve added a beta feature that surfaces latest, average and max percent memory (along with raw usage stats) on the Application Metrics memory plot. Stats reflect the selected time interval. For more information see the Dev Center Application Metrics Beta page.
