Memory quota now in Application Metrics beta

Change effective on 26 May 2016

In response to customer requests we’ve added a dashed memory quota line to the Memory Usage plot to provide context around memory usage in relation to limits. Any quota breaches are indicated in red. More information about Application Metrics beta features can be found in Dev Center.
