Heroku Private Spaces now generally available

Private Spaces are dedicated environments for deploying and running Heroku applications. Each space has its own runtime infrastructure and private networking that enables apps to be strongly isolated and meet stringent security and compliance requirements. Spaces can be created in one of 4 regions: Virginia, Oregon, Frankfurt or Tokyo.
