Event details now in Metrics beta

Change effective on 22 January 2016

To provide users with more context on events in the Metrics dashboard we’ve added event details to the beta channel. This includes error descriptions, and for user-initiated events, information on who made the change and what the change entailed. More information and examples are found on the Application Metrics beta channel page.
