Heroku CLI v2.28.2 released with bug fixes

Change effective on 22 June 2012

A new version of the Heroku CLI is available with bug fixes.

heroku run will now strip color codes before displaying on windows and a bug in the updater which decided whether or not to use the downloaded or installed versions was fixed.
