Heroku AI now supports Cohere Embed V4

Heroku’s Managed Inference and Agents add-on now supports Cohere’s Embed V4. Cohere Embed V4 is an advanced embedding model that can convert text into dense vector representations. The model is available in both US and EU regions, and supports the /v1/embeddings endpoint.
