New Labs Features: Disabling HTTP/2 and Disabling Keepalives in Router 2.0

As part of the continued rollout of Router 2.0, we’re introducing two new Labs features for users on the Common Runtime: the ability to disable HTTP/2 and the option to disable HTTP keepalives between the router and dynos. These new options offer more granular control over application networking behavior, allowing for optimizations that better suit certain use cases or app requirements.
