heroku.com now redirects logged in users to Dashboard

Change effective on 29 July 2013

Visiting heroku.com now redirects logged in users to Dashboard. Previously heroku.com would render the home page despite being signed in.

Logged in users can still get to the home page by signing out or visiting heroku.com/home.
