Python updated Pip and Pipenv

Change effective on 20 February 2023

The packaging tools used during the build of Python apps have been updated as follows:

  • pip updated from 22.3.1 to 23.0.1 (changelog)
  • pipenv updated from 2023.2.4 to 2023.2.18 (changelog)

Apps using end-of-life Python versions (Python 3.6 and older) are unaffected.
