Python 3.10 is now the default for new Python apps

Change effective on 23 March 2022

New Python apps that do not specify a Python version now default to using Python 3.10, rather than Python 3.9.

To use a version other than Python 3.10, see our documentation on specifying a Python version.

Existing apps are unaffected.
