India-Issued Credit Cards Not Accepted For Heroku Online

Change effective on 15 December 2021

Effective October 1, 2021, new Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations state that they can no longer process automatic recurring payments using India-issued credit cards without an additional factor of authentication. Due to these new regulations, Heroku can’t verify and process India-issued credit cards for Heroku Online customers.

Enterprise India-based customers are not impacted.
