TLS v1.0/v1.1 End of Life for Heroku Common Runtime

Change effective on 02 August 2021

As of today, August 2, 2021, TLS v1.0 and TLS v1.1 are no longer supported on the Heroku Common Runtime. TLS 1.2+ is only supported by Android version 5.0 and up and Internet Explorer 11 and up. Any clients below those supported browser versions may have issues connecting to your application.
