PHP 8.0 and December 2020 PHP updates
Change effective on 07 December 2020
The following new PHP runtime versions are now available:
- PHP 7.3.25
- PHP 7.4.13
- PHP 8.0.0
PHP 8 is available on the heroku-18 and heroku-20 stacks. Customers are advised that this is the first release of a major new version series and should be tested thoroughly. Several extensions are not yet available for PHP 8 (ext-amqp, ext-ev, ext-imagick, ext-memcached, ext-newrelic, ext-rdkafka, ext-redis).
The following PHP extensions have been updated:
ext-evversion 1.0.9ext-eventversion 3.0.2ext-mongodbversion 1.9.0ext-blackfireversion 1.46.4
The versions of Composer used during builds has been updated to 1.10.19 and 2.0.8.
