Whitelisted Platform API Resources will be deprecated January 5, 2021

Change effective on 05 December 2020

“Whitelisted” Platform API Resources have been retired are no longer backwards compatible. See this article for more details.

As part of an inclusive content initiative at Salesforce, all Platform API “whitelisted” resources will be deprecated and corresponding “allowed” resources will be created.

Changes:

  • The /allowed-addon-services endpoint will replace the Whitelisted Entity /whitelisted-addon-services endpoint
  • The existing addon-controls attribute will replace the Team Preferences whitelisting-enabled attribute

Existing references to “whitelisted” will remain for backwards compatibility but we encourage you to move to the new endpoint. New API integrations should use “allowed” instead.
