Apache Kafka 2.5.1 is now available

Apache Kafka 2.5.1 is now available for Apache Kafka on Heroku. You can use this with your addon creation like so: heroku addons:create heroku-kafka --version 2.5.1. Additionally, you can upgrade your addon with: heroku kafka:upgrade --version 2.5.1. Please see Dev Center for more details.
