Private Heroku Postgres databases can now connect to Amazon VPCs via AWS PrivateLink

Change effective on 22 May 2019

As part of Heroku Enterprise, a Heroku Postgres database running in a Private Space can now securely and seamlessly connect to one or more Amazon VPCs via PrivateLink.
