Redis 4.0 is the new default version of Heroku Redis

Change effective on 22 May 2019

Redis 4.0 is now the default version for all new Heroku Redis instances.

This version is backward compatible with Redis 3.2 and introduces memory improvements and new caching algorithms. For more information on version support and legacy infrastructure, please see the Heroku Redis documentation.
