April 2019 PHP updates
Change effective on 04 April 2019
The following new runtime versions are now available for PHP applications:
- PHP 7.1.28
- PHP 7.2.17
- PHP 7.3.4
The Apache HTTPD web server has been updated to version 2.4.39.
The librdkafka library used by the ext-rdkafka extension has been updated to version 1.0.0.
The libcassandra library used by the ext-cassandra extensions has been updated to version 2.11.0 (heroku-16 and heroku-18 stacks only).
