Updated experience after creating a new Heroku Team

Change effective on 28 November 2018

We have updated the experience after you create a new Heroku Team. The Team Overview page has been retired in favor of displaying team apps and pipelines directly. We’ve also updated the design of pages that newly signed-up users will see.
