Build results API endpoint removed

Change effective on 28 November 2018

Following our removal notice, we have disabled the build result endpoint.

All requests to that endpoint will respond with a 410 (Gone) for the next 6 months.

If you rely on the build result endpoint, please update your code to get the build output by making a GET request to the output_stream_url URL provided by the builds endpoint.
