Apache Kafka 2.0.0 Now Available

Apache Kafka 2.0.0 is now available for Apache Kafka on Heroku. You can use this with your addon creation by passing --version 2.0 to your heroku addons:create heroku-kafka command. Please see Dev Center for more details.
