Redirect from appname.heroku.com to appname.herokuapp.com disabled

Change effective on 01 April 2017

To protect the authenticity of the heroku.com domain, the legacy redirection from appname.heroku.com to appname.herokuapp.com has been permanently disabled.

The use of appname.heroku.com was officially deprecated when the Bamboo stack was shut down in 2015.
