Heroku Shield is now generally available for Heroku Enterprise customers

Change effective on 10 April 2017

Heroku Shield is a set of services, included in Heroku Enterprise, that offer additional compliance features needed for building high-compliance applications. Heroku Shield includes Shield Private Spaces, Shield Private Dynos and Shield Private Postgres.
