postgres.heroku.com & redis.heroku.com replaced with data.heroku.com

Change effective on 03 November 2016

postgres.heroku.com and redis.heroku.com have been retired. A new web interface for all Heroku data services, Heroku Postgres, Heroku Redis, and Apache Kafka on Heroku, now lives at data.heroku.com. All direct traffic to postgres.heroku.com and redis.heroku.com will be redirected for the next two weeks.
