Getting Support as an Add-on Partner

There are two teams at Heroku that help support add-on partners. You can get the quickest response by asking the right team: the Ecosystem Program Team or the Ecosystem Engineering Team.
Ecosystem Program Team
The Ecosystem Program Team can help with business (non-engineering) questions. They help with:
- Program or business inquiries
- Payment inquiries or questions
- Updates to banking information

Ecosystem Engineering Team
The Ecosystem Engineering Team can help with technical concerns, such as:
- Issues or questions about your integration
- Strategic technical advice about your integration
- Customer inquiries/issues of a technical nature not already in our support system
The quickest and most reliable way to contact this team is to open a support ticket in our partner specific help form. Opening a support ticket from this page will automatically put it into the Ecosystem Engineering support queue.
