Memory quota and percent memory stats now live in Application Metrics

To better help users manage application memory usage we’ve promoted two memory-related Application Metrics beta features into production. Smart Memory Quota displays the maximum RAM allocated to your dyno type and highlights any quota breaches in red. Percent memory stats adds the latest, max and average percent memory stats for your selected time interval. Refer to the Dev Center article for more information on memory and application metrics.
