Threshold Alerting and Hobby dyno Application Metrics GA

To further enhance the app health monitoring experience on Heroku we’re pleased to announce the production release of Threshold Alerting and Hobby dyno metrics. Threshold Alerting is available to professional dynos, and allows users to specify a 95th percentile response time and failed request threshold above which an email, PagerDuty and/or dashboard notification is sent. Hobby dyno users will have now access to basic Application Metrics – events, metrics plots, and app guidance, based on 10 minute rollups for the past 24 hours. Additionally, hobby users will be able to try out Metrics beta features which may only be available to higher tiers upon GA release.
