Metrics for app Favorites now 24 hours

Change effective on 22 April 2016

The summary web metrics and sparklines for app Favorites in the default Heroku Dashboard view have been changed to represent the past 24 hours instead of 3 days. The summary metrics include the total number of dyno/router errors, and the most recent 95th percentile response time and throughput. Note that only apps with web dynos are displayed.
