Deployment markers and event density gradients now in Dashboard Metrics production

We have promoted two Dashboard Metrics beta features into production: deployment markers and event density gradients. Deployment markers extend deployment events to the Metrics plots to help users more easily visualize the impact of deployments on application health. Event density gradients shade error and activity events based on their frequency for that time interval. Also activity events, such as deployments and configuration changes, are now displayed in blue to differentiate them from informational error messages.
