Go 1.5.3 now available

Change effective on 13 January 2016

Heroku has added support for Go v1.5.3. This is now the default version of Go (when “go1.5” is specified in an application’s Godeps/Godeps.json file).

Go v1.5.3 is a security release, but should not affect Heroku customers because TLS/SSL termination happens at the Heroku router, not the application serving data.
