Cedar-14 stack image updated

Change effective on 13 January 2016

The Heroku Cedar-14 stack image has been updated with the most recent versions of installed packages. The update includes the following changes:

  • Upgrade of the libxml package to fix a security issue.
  • Upgrade of the postgresql-client-9.4 and postgresql-server-dev-9.4 packages to postgresql-client-9.5 postgresql-server-dev-9.5.

The new stack image will be rolled out automatically in the next 24 hours.
