Heroku CLI v2.27.3 released with fixes for pg:unfollow

Change effective on 15 June 2012

A new version of the Heroku CLI is available with a fix for a regression which caused pg:unfollow to not pass parameters correctly. This version also reverts the ordering changes to pg:info.
