Heroku Anvil service sunset on February 12th

Change effective on 13 January 2015

Heroku will shut down the Heroku-hosted version of Anvil build service in 30 days, on February 12th. Anvil is being sunset because we’ve introduced build mechanisms that are more flexible and that are fully supported by Heroku.
