Cedar-14 stack image now includes OpenJDK

Change effective on 14 January 2015

The Cedar-14 stack image has been updated to include the openjdk-7-jdk and openjdk-7-jre-headless packages. We’re making this change to bring parity to installed Java packages between the Cedar-14 and Cedar stacks.
