Improved Play 2.0.x support

Change effective on 17 May 2012

Ivy cache will be omitted at runtime leading to smaller slug sizes and Play 2.0 apps will now be detected as such in the build log. You’ll now see -----> Play 2.0 app detected rather than Scala app detected.
