Fine-grained access controls for Heroku Teams

Fine-grained access controls are now available for all Heroku Teams. Previously, fine-grained access controls were only available for Heroku Enterprise customers. With this change, app permissions on non-Enterprise accounts are no longer static and based on a user’s role. Heroku Teams users can grant fine-grained permissions to team members on a per-app basis with View, Deploy, Operate, and Manage permissions. You must be on Heroku CLI v11.10.0 or later to use this feature. Update the CLI version with heroku update.
