New Node.js Buildpack

After months of user testing, our new Node.js buildpack is now generally available and is the default build process for all node apps on the platform. This is a complete rewrite of the buildpack featuring faster builds, support for more versions of node, and custom registry configuration. For more info, see the announcment blog post.
