Dataclips improvements with clip forking and syntax highlighting

Newly forked Dataclips now add a “Fork of …” prefix by default to distinguish them from their parents.

Syntax highlighting has been improved to correctly handle Postgres specific syntax such as select $$dollar quoting$$;.
