Git Submodule Metadata Clean Up

Change effective on 20 June 2013

Slug Compiler now removes .gitmodules files and submodules’ .git directories prior to compilation for apps that are using Git submodules. This change protects apps from potentially exposing sensitive data contained within these files and directories.
