Ruby version 3.3.0-preview3 is now available

Change effective on 12 November 2023

Ruby v3.3.0 preview3 is now available on Heroku. To run your app using this preview version of Ruby, add the following ruby directive to your Gemfile:

ruby "3.3.0.preview3"

Note: This version of Ruby is not suitable for production applications. However, it can be used to test that your application is ready for the December release of Ruby 3.3.0 and to provide feedback to the Ruby core team.

warning this preview release does not currently work due to a bug in the Ruby release of preview3 you can still use 3.3.0-preview2 until another preview is released.
