Updates to displayed pricing on Heroku

Change effective on 29 August 2023

We’ve improved our pricing page and the Heroku CLI to include hourly expenses alongside the maximum monthly costs.

For add-ons in the Heroku Elements Marketplace, pricing now displays the hourly cost, with the monthly maximum displayed in a tooltip on hover.

Customers will continue to be charged on a prorated basis, down to the second.
