Validation check added for Heroku Connect

We added a validation check to prevent the Salesforce org ID from changing unexpectedly in some cases when Heroku Connect refreshes the access token in Salesforce. This check ensures that the sync between a Salesforce org and Heroku Postgres database isn’t interrupted when Salesforce access tokens expire.
