Private Heroku Postgres PgBouncer can now connect to Amazon VPCs via AWS PrivateLink

As part of Heroku Enterprise, a Heroku Postgres PgBouncer running in a Private Space is now securely and seamlessly connected to one or more Amazon VPCs via PrivateLink.
