SSL Endpoint add-on can no longer be provisioned

Change effective on 14 May 2021

The SSL Endpoint is deprecated and starting today it can no longer be added to apps by customers. Already provisioned SSL Endpoints will continue to work. SSL Endpoints will be migrated to Heroku SSL over the coming months. The migration will be automatic for most customers. SSL Endpoint customers will receive additional details via email soon.
